Privacy policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AuraKar Fight Club handles personal information when you browse our Shopify store, place an order, use a customer account, contact us or subscribe to our newsletter. It also explains your choices. Reading this notice or visiting the store is not consent to optional marketing or tracking.

1. Who is responsible for your information

David Svatoš, trading as AuraKar Fight Club, is the controller of personal information processed for operating this retail business.
Business identification number (IČO): 30100852
Country of establishment: Czech Republic
Privacy and customer support email: dave.svatos745@gmail.com

Our registered business address and telephone number are available on our Contact page and in our Legal Notice. Use the email above for privacy questions and requests. Shopify and some other providers may also act as controllers for their own services, as described below.

2. Information we collect and its sources

  • Orders and delivery: your name, email, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number where provided, products and variants ordered, order number, prices, payment status, delivery and tracking details, and refund or claim records.
  • Payments: payment information is handled through Shopify checkout and the payment service you select. We receive transaction and payment-status information needed to manage your order. Do not send complete card numbers, security codes or banking passwords through email or our forms.
  • Customer accounts: if you choose to use an account, Shopify processes the login and verification information and makes relevant account, address and order information available for customer services. An account is not required to place an order.
  • Messages and claims: the name, email, message, order details and any supporting files you choose to submit through our contact or order-issue forms, email or other support communications. Please avoid identity documents and unnecessary sensitive information in messages or photos.
  • Newsletter: your email address, subscription choices and records needed to manage the subscription. If you subscribe on the pre-launch page, we use your email for the launch updates and newsletter you request.
  • Website activity: device and browser information, IP address, approximate location inferred from it, cookie or similar identifiers, pages and products viewed, interactions, checkout events and privacy preferences. Collection depends on the features in use and the applicable consent or opt-out choices.

Information comes directly from you; automatically from your interaction with the store; and from Shopify, payment providers, connected fulfillment tools, suppliers and carriers, for example payment confirmation and shipment updates. Information required to complete an order or deliver it is necessary for that service. Newsletter subscription and optional marketing choices are voluntary.

3. Why we use information and our legal bases

  • Complete your purchase: process orders and payments, arrange supplier fulfillment and delivery, manage your optional account, provide order updates and deal with returns or product problems. Where GDPR applies, the basis is performing our contract with you or taking steps at your request before a contract.
  • Answer enquiries: respond to product questions and support requests. The basis is pre-contractual steps or contract performance for purchase-related enquiries, or our legitimate interest in responding to other messages.
  • Meet legal duties: maintain required business records, deal with mandatory customer rights and respond to lawful requests. The basis is compliance with legal obligations.
  • Protect the business and customers: detect fraud or misuse, investigate technical problems and establish or defend claims. The basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable store and protecting legal rights, balanced against your rights.
  • Send optional email marketing: provide the newsletter and launch news you subscribe to. The basis is your consent. You can withdraw it using an unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Withdrawing it does not stop necessary order or support messages.
  • Measurement, personalization and advertising: understand store interactions and support the Shopify and Google features described below. Optional cookies and tracking rely on consent where it is required; applicable opt-out rights also apply. Essential technical operations rely on the basis appropriate to the service, including contract performance or our legitimate interest in operating the store.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Automated security or payment checks may flag a transaction; contact us if you want an order issue reviewed or a decision explained.

4. Who receives information

  • Shopify: hosts the store and provides checkout, customer accounts, order management, security and related services. Shopify Forms supports our order-issue form, and Shopify's messaging tools support customer communications and newsletter management.
  • Payment services: the provider of the payment option you use receives the information needed to authorize and process the payment, refunds and security checks.
  • DSers and CJdropshipping: these are connected product and fulfillment integrations with access to relevant order and customer information. When an order is arranged through a supplier, recipient contact details, the delivery address and ordered items may be processed through these tools and by the supplying merchant, marketplace and logistics providers to fulfill and track it. See DSers' Privacy Policy and CJdropshipping's Privacy Policy. AuraKar Fight Club remains your retailer and support contact.
  • Carriers: receive recipient, address and shipment details needed for delivery, tracking and delivery enquiries.
  • Google: the store has a Google & YouTube app pixel integration. Depending on enabled services and your choices, Google can receive device identifiers and store interaction or checkout events for measurement and advertising. Google's handling of information and its controls are explained in the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Support and business administration: information necessary to handle your messages is processed through the contact and email services we use. Relevant records may also be disclosed to professional advisers or public authorities when needed for legal duties or claims.

Not every recipient needs every category of information. A privacy notice does not authorize unlimited use by a supplier or replace the protections required for a particular disclosure. Links to third-party notices explain their services; they do not remove our responsibilities for processing we control.

5. Shopify Network Intelligence

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store. Shopify processes information from your visits and purchases together with interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced features, including personalization, advertising and improvements to services. Information may be processed by Shopify and its partners in other countries. Other merchants do not receive access to this store's identifiable customer records through that feature.

Some advertising uses may qualify as “sale”, “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under US privacy laws even without a cash payment. Use Your privacy choices to opt out where applicable. You can also contact us. Shopify explains its own processing in its Consumer Privacy Policy and offers direct choices and rights requests through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

6. Cookies and your choices

Shopify and connected features can use cookies, pixels and similar technologies. Necessary technologies support functions such as the cart, checkout, authentication, security and saving privacy choices. Optional technologies can support analytics, personalization and advertising.

The store uses Shopify's automated regional privacy controls. Where a cookie banner is displayed, you can accept or reject optional categories and return to the available privacy controls to change your choice. Where consent is legally required, optional tracking requires that consent; publishing this notice is not a substitute for obtaining it. The availability of a banner depends on the configured region and your location.

Use Your privacy choices for applicable sale/sharing and targeted-advertising choices. Shopify's integrated controls also recognize supported Global Privacy Control signals for applicable opt-outs. An opt-out for one browser or device may need to be repeated on another. Browser settings can block or remove cookies, although blocking necessary cookies can prevent parts of checkout or account access from working. Contact us if you cannot access a privacy control.

7. International processing

We operate in the Czech Republic and sell to customers in the United States. The current Shopify customer-data hosting setting is the European Union, but that does not mean all processing stays there. Shopify, Google, connected fulfillment providers, suppliers and carriers may process information in the United States, Canada, China or other countries where their services operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Transfers governed by European data protection law require an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Shopify explains its transfer arrangements and safeguards in its international data transfer information. The linked provider notices describe their international processing. Contact us to request information about the recipient, destination and applicable transfer arrangements for your data, including available information about safeguards. This notice does not treat your use of the store as consent to an unrestricted international transfer.

8. How long information is kept

Retention depends on the purpose and the record, rather than one period for every category:

  • Order, payment, invoice and refund records are kept for completing the transaction and for the periods required by applicable tax and business-record rules.
  • Support and claim records are kept while the issue is being handled and for as long as reasonably necessary for relevant legal claims or duties.
  • Optional account information is kept to provide the account and associated services, subject to deletion requests and records we must retain separately.
  • Newsletter subscription information is kept while the subscription is active. After withdrawal, a minimal record of the opt-out may be retained to prevent unwanted marketing.
  • Technical and privacy-choice records are kept for the functioning, security and measurement purposes for which they were collected, taking account of the relevant cookie or provider lifecycle and your choices.

The criteria include whether the purpose is still active, a legal retention requirement, an unresolved dispute and whether the information can be deleted or anonymized. A deletion request does not always permit immediate deletion of legally required records. Contact us for information about the period applying to a specific record.

9. Security and information you send us

Shopify provides the hosted platform and checkout security. Access to store administration and connected services is intended for operating the business. No online service or transmission is completely risk-free. Use checkout for payment details and avoid putting identity documents, full card details or unrelated sensitive information into support messages. If supporting photos contain unrelated personal details, remove them before uploading where possible.

10. Your rights and how to exercise them

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an explanation of its use. You may withdraw consent, object to direct marketing and, where applicable, object to other processing based on legitimate interests. Some rights are subject to exceptions, including legal record-keeping and protection of other people's information.

Email dave.svatos745@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject and explain your request. You can also use our Contact page. We may need proportionate information to verify the request; please do not send identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are necessary and how to provide them safely. An authorized representative may contact us with appropriate evidence of authority. We respond within the deadlines required by the applicable law; GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, with any permitted extension explained.

Where US state privacy law applies, available rights can also include opting out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, receiving information about disclosures and appealing a refused request. Use Your privacy choices or email us to opt out. To appeal, reply to our decision or email us with “Privacy appeal” and the reason. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

You may complain to a competent supervisory authority without contacting us first. For our Czech establishment, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ). You may also use the authority or complaint route available where you live. Requests concerning Shopify's independent processing can be made through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

11. Children

Our checkout and newsletter are intended for adults. A parent or guardian can buy child-sized equipment without submitting the child's personal information. Please do not submit a child's personal details in support messages or photos unless they are necessary for the issue and there is a lawful basis. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information that should be removed.

12. External sites and changes

Following a link to YouTube or another external website takes you to that provider's service and privacy practices. We may update this notice when the store's practices or services change. The date above identifies the current version; where a change requires an additional notice or new consent, those steps are separate from publishing the revised policy.

For questions about this policy or your information, contact dave.svatos745@gmail.com.
