About these terms

AuraKar Fight Club is an independent online retailer of combat-sport equipment, apparel, accessories and decor. These terms apply across our catalog, together with the information about the selected product and the policies presented before purchase. Our customer support email is dave.svatos745@gmail.com.

Products and variants

Review the selected size, measurements, design, materials and package contents before ordering. Price and availability apply to the selected variant. Frames, styling accessories and other items pictured are included only when the description says so. Screen settings may affect displayed colors; this does not excuse a material difference from the agreed description.

Follow the manufacturer's instructions and warnings. Protective equipment cannot eliminate every risk of injury. This does not exclude any responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Checkout shows your selected items, applicable discounts, shipping charges and any tax collected by the store before payment. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery and import-charge information. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction charges.

Check your cart, variant choices and delivery address before submitting an order. Your confirmation email records the items, quantities, prices and order number. The purchase contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation accepting your order. A payment authorization alone is not acceptance.

If an availability or pricing problem arises, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher amount or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. Cancellations and refunds remain subject to applicable law; these terms do not give us an unrestricted right to cancel an accepted order.

Delivery

We currently offer delivery to supported US addresses. Products may ship directly from third-party suppliers, including suppliers outside the United States. One order may arrive in multiple parcels. Product-specific delivery information can differ; see the selected item and our Shipping Policy. AuraKar Fight Club remains your retailer and your contact for delivery problems.

Returns, cancellations and order problems

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns, exchanges, refunds or discretionary cancellations where this restriction is permitted by law. This includes a size, color or variant you selected incorrectly. A wrong item supplied by us, an inaccurate size chart or goods materially different from their description are handled separately. Read our Return and Refund Policy.

Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty and other consumer rights remain protected. No final-sale label, automated return setting or supplier procedure overrides those rights. We provide the remedy required by the law and any binding terms applicable to your purchase.

Use Report an order issue or email dave.svatos745@gmail.com. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the item and a description. Photos can help; we will accept another reasonable way to substantiate an issue where appropriate. Do not send payment-card details or identity documents.

We aim to reply within two business days. This response target does not extend a mandatory claim deadline. Submitting a request does not automatically approve a refund. Keep the item while we review the issue; for approved claims, our current refund policy waives physical return. Do not send goods to a supplier address.

Shopify, privacy and third-party services

Shopify provides the technology that powers this store. Your purchase is made with AuraKar Fight Club, not Shopify or our fulfillment supplier. Payment services process transactions using the methods offered at checkout. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Placing an order or making a claim does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.

Responsible use and independent retailer status

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate order details. Do not misuse another person's payment method, interfere with store security or submit fraudulent claims. AuraKar Fight Club is not affiliated with or endorsed by UFC or individual fighters. Third-party names and artwork remain the property of their owners; this statement does not establish a license or verify a product's authenticity.

Disputes, mandatory rights and updates

Contact us so that we can try to resolve a dispute. Applicable legal rules determine governing law, jurisdiction and mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not impose a blanket choice of US law, waive mandatory rights or prevent access to a competent court.

Changes apply to future purchases. We will not retrospectively reduce the rights or more favorable terms that applied when you placed an earlier order.
