Who makes the products?
AuraKar Fight Club is an independent retailer. We sell existing products from other manufacturers and suppliers. These are not AuraKar private-label products.
Where do you deliver?
Our current delivery area is the contiguous United States: the 48 adjoining states and Washington, DC. Shipping options and the total are shown at checkout before payment.
Where will my order ship from?
Products may ship directly from suppliers, including suppliers outside the United States. Different items may arrive separately and have different tracking numbers.
When will it arrive?
Estimated order processing is 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday). Estimated shipping to the contiguous United States is 8–14 days after dispatch, based on supplier delivery information. Add the processing time to the shipping time for the overall delivery estimate. Times may vary by item and destination. Read our Shipping Policy for details.
Which size should I choose?
Use the chart for the exact product. Manufacturer sizes vary. See our Size Guides and contact us before ordering if the measurements you need are missing.
How do I report an order problem?
Use Report an order issue. Include your Shopify order number (for example, #1001), checkout email and a description. You can attach supporting photos. Your order number appears in your order confirmation email.
What are the return and refund conditions?
Read our Return and Refund Policy before buying. Do not send a parcel to a supplier or to an address printed on the shipping label; contact us first.
Is this an official UFC store?
No. AuraKar Fight Club is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by UFC or individual fighters.
